MLM VERSUS TRADITIONAL BUSINESS

Not everyone in MLM will be successful, but don't think that any other business model will give better results.

Network Marketing
• Start up costs from $45
No risk involved
• Run by self or with partner
• Can begin part-time until income out-earns
your job income
• Can work from home
• Association and mentorship with positive
team players
• Travel opportunities to conventions
• Tax benefits
• Sophisticated Internet-Based business
management system usually supplied
• Full ongoing training and support provided
usually free or for minimal costs
• Huge personal growth through regular use of
self-development material
• Leverage – You receive pay from the company
for all the sales your team members make,
and so do the team.

Traditionel Business
• Start up costs generally $5000 to $1Million
or more. High Risk -Potential for success is
less than 20%
• Employee & wage costs – Superannuation, leave
loading, Workers compensation, workplace
health and safety compliance, annual leave,
long service leave, maternity leave
• Cash flow issues -Capital reserves needed to
get you through
• High overheads – Rental costs, mortgage,
investment. Need to deal with traffic, alarm
clocks
• No time for friends or family
• No time to travel
• PAYG tax, GST, BAS
• Possibility that no system exists at all and
you may struggle to find your way. Expensive
I.T. and technical costs to implement and
maintain a system
• You’re on your own
• No time to focus on self. The focus is on the
business
• Trading time for money–buying a job
